Many educational leaders are new to coaching, and they find that coaching offers a very rewarding experience compared to the more traditional training on offer. Depending on your individual needs, training is delivered in a combination of group sessions, with a mix of learning through 1-2-1 practice sessions with peer learning, and individualised one-on-one sessions online via Skype.
HEALTHCARE
