How does it work?
We will begin by having a chat to help you feel relaxed and comfortable. Approaching a session with someone new can be a little scary or even anxiety provoking for some clients, so at the beginning of the session we will start with a light hearted chat to find out a little bit more about each other. I’ll help you feel at ease and secure right from the very beginning.

About Me
With over a decade of experience working with clients, I have helped thousands of people overcome a wide range of different conditions.
My initial training and education as a physiotherapist helped me learn about the physical body, and the impact that emotional wellbeing has on how a person thinks and feels. I then progressed to studying functional neurology to learn more about how our brains and nervous systems work. I continued learning more about language and successfully completed my hypnotherapy diploma.
It was through discovering the power of the mind that my personal and professional life transformed.
