About Me
With over a decade of experience working with clients, I have helped thousands of people overcome a wide range of different conditions.
My initial training and education as a physiotherapist helped me learn about the physical body, and the impact that emotional wellbeing has on how a person thinks and feels. I then progressed to studying functional neurology to learn more about how our brains and nervous systems work. I continued learning more about language and successfully completed my hypnotherapy diploma.

It was through discovering the power of the mind that my personal and professional life transformed.

Through the Hudson Mind Theory© I have found my passion in helping people achieve behavioural change. By helping you to learn how your mind works, this will enable you to transform your life too.
